FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY, YOUR CHILD MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLASSES UNTIL WE HAVE THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN OUR SYSTEM.
