One (1) of the following Academic Achievement Test administered within the current school year: Woodcock-Johnson Achievement Test (WJ); Wechsler Individual Achievement Test (WIAT); Kaufman Test of Educational Achievement (KTEA). If this test is part of a broader evaluation or assessment, such as a psychoeducational or neuropsychological evaluation, you must submit the evaluation in its entirety. Do not separate out pages.
3. 2 Letters of Recommendation, 1 of the recommendations must be from the student's current teacher
4. A Copy of the student’s most recent report card (Gr. 1-8) or transcript Gr. 9-12). 5. A Records Release 6. A Copy of the Student’s Birth Certificate.

As the Director of Admissions, Janet guides families through the DA admissions process, ensuring that students find the appropriate educational fit at our school. Ms. Woolley also pairs students needing additional help outside the classroom with well-qualified tutors. Janet began her career at Denver Academy as a Math Specialist, before transitioning to the Admissions Office.
Ms. Woolley earned her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Georgia.
In her current role as Associate Director of Enrollment Management, Cynthia supports families through the admissions process, ensuring that DA is the best fit for their child. Cynthia began her career at Denver Academy in 1999, working as a teaching assistant and then a full-time teacher. She taught grades five and six from 2001-2007 and led as Dean of Elementary School from 2004-2006. In 2007, Cynthia transitioned to the role of Instructional Coach, supporting teachers in their professional development.
Cynthia Richardson earned her B.A. in Psychology from Willamette University and her M.A. in Special Education from the University of Colorado at Denver. When not on campus, Cynthia enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.
Nikki was born and raised in Miami, Fla., and graduated with an associate's degree in Hospitality & Tourism from Miami Dade College. Soon after, she moved to Denver. She was an administrative assistant for 8 years prior to coming to DA. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and exploring the outdoors, and attending concerts and music festivals. If there is anything that has to do with food, she's in!
