Join the fun on Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. for DA’s fiercest table tennis competition, the Paddle Battle! This event kicks off our annual gala for 2026: Suit Up & Get Down. The Paddle Battle is an adult-only table tennis tournament, and new this year will be other fun games plus a chili cookoff! The per-person entry fee for the Paddle Battle or the chili cookoff is a $25 bottle of wine or a $25 gift card to be included in the Gala's silent auction fundraiser benefiting our Tuition Assistance Program. 

 

Paddle Battle is for beginners and experienced players — we level the playing field by using nonstandard-sized tables for the initial rounds and switch to standard tennis tables for the semis and finals. The winner gets two (2) regular tickets to the gala, to be held on Saturday evening, April 18.

 

The Paddle Battle will be held in DA's James E. Loan Athletic Center. Join us as a spectator, competitor, game player, or chili cooker!
