2024-2025 Accounts: If you have not already done so, please ensure that your DA financial account is up to date. Final report cards (available by June 7) will be held for any accounts that are not paid in full for the 2024-25 school year. For questions about your DA account, email accounting@denveracademy.org.

2025-2026 Tuition Reminder: Tuition payments for the 2025-26 school year are due Sunday, June 1, 2025. If you chose the upfront payment option on your enrollment agreement, the full tuition balance is due on June 1. If you selected the payment plan option, the first installment is due on June 1. If you selected ACH/auto-debit as your payment method, Blackbaud will withdraw those payments next FRIDAY, MAY 30.

If you selected the in-school payment option (either by check or one-time ACH), please make sure your payment is received by DA on or before June 1. Payments received after Sunday, June 1, will be subject to late fees, per the terms of the Tuition and Enrollment Agreement.

As we transition to the Blackbaud Online Tuition Management System for the 2025-26 school year, please note that all online payments for the 2025-26 school year should be made through the Tuition Management (Blackbaud) portal in MyDA. To access this system, log in to MyDA. On your landing page (resources), select the tile “Tuition Management (Blackbaud).”

 

DA will no longer use the current online payment portal (Diamond Mind) as of late May. You may continue using this portal to make payments for the current (2024-25) school year, but you will be unable to submit payments through the Diamond Mind portal after late May.
