Denver Academy Announces Appointment of Mark Wood as Associate Head of School

Denver Academy (DA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Wood as DA’s Associate Head of School, a position designed to strengthen leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the entire school. Although Denver Academy has staffed this role in the past, Mr. Wood is the first under DA Head of School Mark Twarogowski.

 

In this expanded role, Mr. Wood will oversee many aspects of the school’s daily management, supporting the Head of School in advancing the institution’s mission and maintaining excellence in teaching, learning, and community engagement. This leadership structure will allow Mr. Twarogowski to focus on long-term strategy, growth, and vision, while ensuring consistent, responsive oversight of the school’s operations.
