DA's thespian troupe annually attends the Colorado State Thespian Conference in downtown Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. Last month, 30 DA students attended workshops and watched multiple full-length theatre productions. 

DA student Ella V. earned the International Thespian Excellence Award and the honor to represent Colorado and DA at the International Thespian Festival 2023 by competing with two contrasting monologues. Mya S. performed a stunning monologue, and Willow E., Ella V., and Henry R. sang a beautiful group piece. Marissa L. submitted an amazing costume design, while Will B. and Banny W. created a hilarious film. Way to go, Mustangs!
