In mid-September, Speaker of the Colorado House of Representatives Alec Garnett spoke with our junior class about the role of the state legislature and what it's like to be a part of a political campaign. Speaker Garnett just finished his eighth and final session as a state representative. His visit was part of the eleventh grade’s Contemporary U.S. History class.
