You can also visit the Denver Academy Parents Page on our website for a link to the full packet as well as other frequently requested documents.  

IMPORTANT: WE REQUIRE THAT ALL FAMILIES COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK-IN PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! You will receive an email from us with a link to Online Check-In for your student(s). This is where we ask you to add or update emergency contact, medical, and student directory information. Check your inbox for this important email from us to log in and/or log in to myDA (top right corner) from the Denver Academy website to complete forms for your student(s).
