DA's 2026 Symposium: Flip the Script on Anxiety - Featuring Dr. Tracy Dennis-Tiwary

Join the DA community for an inspiring adult-only evening for the 2026 Denver Academy Symposium on Teaching & Learning. Dr. Tracy Dennis-Tiwary, author of Future Tense: Why Anxiety Is Good For You (Even Though It Feels Bad), will explore the surprising benefits of anxiety and how to harness it for growth. 

The Symposium is open to all DA parents and employees. Attendance is FREE, but seats are limited, and registration is required! Parents should register via the link in the weekly school communications.

The event will be held in DA’s Louise McCabe Performing Arts Center and begins with a social hour sponsored by DAPA at 6 p.m. Dr. Dennis-Tiwary will speak from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Parents and educators will gain fresh insights into guiding youth through today’s challenges with resilience and purpose.

• Learn strategies to support anxious children and teens
• Reframe anxiety to empower growth and success
