Topic: Understanding and Treating Anxiety in Teens with Social Skills Difficulties
This talk will focus on defining the symptoms of anxiety in adolescents in general and in adolescents with social deficits. We will emphasize effective treatment strategies that parents and the teen's treatment team can employ to help their teen cope with anxiety disorders and to lessen their debilitating effects on teens' day to day functioning.
