Hannah Crawford '10, DA Teacher

We are celebrating Hannah Crawford, Class of 2010. After graduating from Denver Academy, Hannah went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Education at the University of Arizona. She recently completed her Master of Arts in Education at Metro State University, which she worked on while being a first year teacher at her alma mater, DA! We asked Hannah about her unique experience of being an alumna as well as a faculty member. “Coming to DA both as a student and as a professional gave me the confidence to try things I never thought possible,” she said. “When I was a kid, DA taught me to be confident in myself and use my strengths to guide my choices. Working at DA gave me the incomparable support system to try and tackle my master's degree at the same time as my first year of teaching! I owe so much to this place and I am so lucky I get to continue to come here every day!” We are proud of Hannah’s accomplishments and we are so lucky to have her as a member of our faculty.
